A low impact strength-focused class designed to tone and define muscles using a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and light cardio.

    Comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a towel (if need). Some classes may recommend a yoga mat and/or weights
