Zumba®
Latin-inspired cardio dance workout that is fun and energetic. Modifications are given for all levels.

Cardio Blast 
A fun dance workout that includes cardio and strength exercises choreographed to music. 
1-3 lb weights optional

Body Sculpt
A full body workout that includes a variety of fitness equipment to help increase strength, endurance and balance. Correct form and alignment are given and tailored to each persons fitness level.

Community Walks/Hikes 
Once month walks are facilitated by Gwen, who leads safe and fun walks on different trails throughout the city of Chino and surrounding areas. 
 

Personal training services for women is designed to meet you where you are help you along your journey to better health, body and mind. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach, Gwen's goal is to educate, motivate and provide clients with safe and effective workouts. Training can be done in the comfort of your home, in the community or virtual.
