Zumba® Toning 
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Body Sculpting 
An overall body workout that targets the abs, legs, and incorporates cardio along with strength and balance exercises.
Modifications are given
Requires an exercise mat, and dumbbells
(instructor has extra equipment, if needed)

Community Walks/Hikes 
Once a month walks are facilitated by Gwen, who leads safe and fun walks on different trails throughout the city of Chino and surrounding areas.

Personal Training

Treasured Footsteps offers personal training services that will help you along your journey to better health, body and mind. As a Certified Personal Training and Life Coach, Gwen Jones’ goal is to educate, motivate and provide clients with safe and effective workouts. Training can be done in the comfort of your home or at the studio in Chino.

Personal Training Includes: 
  • A fitness assessment where a trainer will assess your posture and flexibility, strength, balance, core, cardiovascular level, overall health, and goals.

Life & Wellness services are provided by Gwen Jones, who believes that each person has a purpose in their life. Wellness coaching incorporates a balance approach which includes one’s emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing.

Gwen is dedicated to provide support, encouragement and inspiration to women. Together, the client and coach will create measurable goals, action plans, and accountability.
